It’s been an exciting couple of weeks filled with pumpkin patches, spiked cider, a little cancer walk, Blair’s first Crew game and a geez-i-wish-they-could’ve-stayed-longer-but-my-liver-doesn’t-necessarily-agree visit from our Minnesota friends =]
I’ve been going to the Pigeon Roost Farm for at least six years now with JD’s family and it’s always fun. After the OSU victory over Purdue, we went out and this time with Blair, we spent more time with all the kid things…
Then there was the whole “let’s put her in a pumpkin and take a cute picture!”
All this I think is much funnier in a series of pictures…so it all started going ok…
so there was that…
then there was a two mile breast cancer walk that ended in Ohio Stadium. A very cool treat for our out of town guests…
And tonight was Halloween! Blair didn’t score much of a haul but then again, we only went to three houses =]
Besides, she had fun playing with the bowl of candy we were giving out anyways…
Sick of all these pictures yet? Sorry, got a little carried away.
I’ll spare you from the Crew ones. But I will tell you it was a nasty, 40 degree day, and Blair was a trooper. She tailgated with us for three hours before the game (albeit mostly in the car with Mom) but then fell asleep at halftime =]
It was fun because the camera guy came right up to her and she was on the big screen! As Grandma said, “she’s turning into quite the media darling.”
Ok, just one.
